When customers contact a business using our AI messaging system, we may collect the phone number the message was sent from, the content of the message, and the date and time of the message. This information is collected solely to facilitate the automated response and customer management service provided to our business clients.
Information collected through our messaging system is used only to generate an automated response to the customer's inquiry, log the interaction for the business client's review, and facilitate follow-up communication. We do not use personal information for marketing purposes or sell it to third parties.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal information to outside parties. Information is shared only with the specific business client whose number was contacted, for the purpose of responding to the customer's service inquiry.
Customer and message data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, typically no longer than 12 months. Business clients may request deletion of their data at any time.
Customers who send a text message to a phone number managed by Kayden's AI Services are consenting to receive automated response messages related to their inquiry. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

Kayden's AI Services provides automation tools to assist business clients in responding to inquiries. We are not responsible for the content or outcome of communications between business clients and their customers beyond the automated response system we provide.
